Default Well That's all folks.

The car is vacumed out, washed, oil changed, stabil in the tank and topped up. I have 44lbs of pressure in the tires. 2 big bags of desicant in the interior, Battery tender hooked up. and parked on big pieces of styrofoam.

The tools are all away , the workbench is cleaned up, the floor is swept and the cars are covered. There will be no more projects till spring wheni spark her up ( usually last week in March ) .

The hockey stick avatar is away and all my waxes and polishes have been moved to the basement.

So I guess that's why my garage looks like a Morg.

Anothe great season with more adventures again this year, Did my first air box and valve adjust .other than that very quiet.

Hopefully more adventures and more friends next year. Over the winter I iwll live vicariously through my friends in california and Florida ..... night night for the little SC that could North of the 49th parallel.

Hate to break it to you Clive but you are only slightly north of the 43rd. Actually, quite close to California, it extends all the way to the 42nd if I remember correctly. :P

What's the other car that you have hidden there? Also, what are those rims on your 911, I don't remember these, am I missing something here?

ah close enogh matt...

Those Rims are 16" gold BBS knock off RIMS. They look okay on the car and more period correct than the 17" cups. In the summer i use the 17s for more spirited driving. I use the 16s with more sidewall in the spring and fall , mkes for a more comfortbaleride.

I have some FUCHS in the basement that i will be putting the tires on on my workbench.

Winter is cruel, but you're being kind to that SC.

We'll do our part for you down here in California, where winter just makes the light a little prettier.

Hey Clive,

I love the garage set up and that's a nice tire rack. What car is under the other tarp? Are you hiding something from us?

That's a bummer having to keep it stored all winter.

My favorite driving season down here is September through May.

This is really scary stuff!! I don't know what I'd do if I had to put my baby away for the winter. Yikes!

I wish that was me.
My car is sitting in the garage covered in dirt with a 1/2 tank of gas.
Why is there 6" of snow on my lawn and salt on the roads!
Pray for nice weather for me

That's some car cover! It makes your Targa look like an old XJ6 Jag. What's that lump of laundry closer to the camera though?

I am in the same boat. My car is supposed to have the braking system overhauled and i am waiting for a call from my mechanic to bring it in. As such, it has not been winterized yet and I need some good weather to drive it to his place.

Yeah, Jack's got it right. Nothing like driving in SoCal, especially in winter

But don't be too disheartened ...those in the LA-county voted themselves in a sales tax increase. Yeah, gouged themselves ...go figure! I guess I'll have to drive into the scenery just to forget about the crazy politics that goes on here...

...nice little brown car.

Winter has set in here also. It was 49F this morning at 10:00 o'clock - we have rain in the forecast (it won't - it never does), and the afternoons/evenings for the next couple of months will be perfect SC driving weather.
