Two important things about a 930:
1) Make sure you get a VERY thorough PPI on any candidate you find and make sure its performed by people intimately familiar with these cars.
2) Budget accordingly for repairs as these cars are not cheap to fix.
Good luck in the hunt.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Ask the man who owned one...
BTW, if I bought another 930 - and I may yet - I would only buy an '89 because of the 5 speed. But in my heart I lust for the '94 3.6l

Hi Michael,
I noticed that you have no bids yet and I know most of them come in during the last few minutes. I would be curious to know though, if you have been getting a lot of requests for information from the ad.
Also, I noticed you had both a starting price as well as a Buy it Now price. This may scare people away. If you have a buy it now price, you don't really need a starting price as people know what you are expecting. I find that bidders like to start low regardless of buy it now price, but once you have a few bidders, people think the car must be good because people have bid on it, and that attracts attention. Just my 2 cents and I am no expert.

Unfortunately it is the sign of the times, never mind the time of year. If you can't eveb get a bit on ebay for a carrera at 12G gives you a good indication of the used specialty car market right now. I think a year ago that would have been snapped up .

This is my first time selling on ebay. I probably should not have done the buy it now thing. No one has asked for additional information. If it sells, it sells. If not, I have a 911. Either way it is good. In about 24 hours I will know.
