Pelican Parts has 99% of what you need, and probably the other 1% as well. But I find there is always at least 1 small thing they don't have in stock.

http://www.appbiz.com has RS/RSR style carpet and door panels in case you're looking for that. +1 on Pelican for the standard stuff.

Tony Garcia is raved about on Early 911S bbs - search there
It may be that you don't want to send the $$ for the"best" carpet.
By "Quality stuff" do you want best looks?
- highest durability
- easiest to shed dirt, stains?
- nicest feel?
- easiest install?
I'm not sure that any one thing gives it all to you.

The guy that owns(?) World Upholstery hangs out on the www.bimmerforums.com in the e21 section but I can't speak for his product though. They also advertise in Hemmings magazine but I am not sure that is available in Iceland.
