Is that the original cadmium plating on all the fuel lines and clamps or is that freshened up too?

How do you polish all those little parts so clean and bright?

Guess you don't have to? Had all my engine 'small parts' replated - dirt cheep job but they look brand new (cheaper than replacement to).

Thanks all, I just cleaned all of the metal bits up they were fairly good to begin with so not too much work was needed to make them shine.

Where in RI? I'd love to swing by & check the parts out close-up...

I'll even bring the beer.

I'm in Cumberland, btw.

Uh, uh, ROOT! Yeah ROOT beer!

Sorry, didn't know.

Will yours be up & running this weekend? There's a neat fun run / get together in Western MA, I'll be trying to make the run on Sat. vs. doing the stay-over out there.

From what I gather we're viewing McQueen's 911 from Le Mans...

Wow, that looks great! FYI - I use WD40 to keep all the fittings clean and shinny.

hahaha no problem at all. Mine wont be done its going to be a long process. I am probably going to take most of the winter to do it, I am not in a rush at all i dont want to risk messing anything up. I wish i could go to that i seem to miss all the fun runs.
