Default 02 Sensor, Test Pipe (88 911)

1. Looking at the 2x price difference between replacement sensor with the connector, vs. w/o connector, I'd like to know how difficult it is to use the "w/o connector" version and connect the wires either via splice (should I solder?) or add spade connectors.

2. Any recommendations for a specific brand of test pipe? I've been looking for a used one for months, but no luck, so I'll have to bite the bullet and buy new.

Although answers to both of my questions my reside in the rennlist archive, I remain unable to even enter any of the lists, despite re-registering, much less search...

TIA,

Phil

No sweat on the splice, go ahead and buy the universal O2 sensor.

Fabspeed makes a good test pipe, IMO. I used to have one before I went to headers.
