I have 911 1990 c2 I will upgrade the rims and tires from 16 to 17s, i found good set in ebay of oem 17 cups2 offset is same 55mm but my concern is rear wheels?
the seller send me this info for rears tires wheels are oem porsche cups 2
17x9 55mm with new Falken Ziex ZE512, size 275/40Z/R17 98W M+S
will be fine for my 964 c2 without any mod ?will not be rubbering or damge oil lines ? wondering it seems little to wide tires for back or will be ok without damge anything with using spacers? thanks

Should fit fine, but stock size was 255x40's.
The 275's are not only a little wider, but taller, too.
That size has worked alright for me, but some have needed a very small spacer...all tires vary some in size, so it just depends.
