Isn't it self explanatory? Mount hub to the wheel along with the turn cancelling ring. Use a 27mm socket to install the nut onto the steering column. Horn pad is friction fit.

thanks, wasn't sure how the horn pad attached, that is probably the key.

Disconnect your battery (you're playing with the horn wires), as mentioned, the rest is straight forward.

I used an impact to tighten, don't overdo it, but it's nice knowing its on secure.

Thanks Ed. I didn't disconnect the battery but only got a mild shock. I had to remove some parts on the new wheel in order to be able to fit the socket into the hole, and had to file down a part of the stock wheel to do the same, but otherwise simple, and looks great.
