Yeah, my bad. Flares were introduced in 1969. I quickly glanced at a 68 ad next to that one on Ebay thinking that there weren't any changes for 69...

Overall, it appears a tastefully done modified/updated 911 with the exception of the suspension work (or unworking...). The original poster did not say that he was of the purist mindset, but I thought it might be good to point out body work (at least what I thought was body work) since the quality of this type of work can vary so much, and it would deserve a close inspection.

I knew that!

You were probably having a fantasy moment thinking about how incredible your 356 would look in Irish Green, and then your brain skipped a cog !

No, I just had no clue. LOL I should keep my mouth shut sometimes. I really thought I had an insightful comment, too. Damn. I'll be dreaming about the 356 for a while as other projects stack up in front of it. It would look good in Irish green, but it'll be staying in original colors.
