Pete - I really appreciate what you wrote, and i'll take it to heart!

Flatsixnut - Not only does the car not stall out, she doesn't even buck at all, there is no feeling that a stall is on the horizon. I could nearly be at a complete stop, rolling very gently over the bumps. I do not do this daily, but this is just another thing I learned about the car while driving, and I wanted to inquire about it.

Thanks All!

lugging your engine by operating your engine at high load + low RPM is just as bad (if not worse) than ragging on it at redline constantly.

There is nothing "bad" about approaching redline on a regular basis in these cars

Owner's Manual recommends rev's above 1500 at all times when in gear.

Listen to what the designer says.

'Nough said.

If you look closely at Rosco's Avatar.........you will see that neither the colour of sky, nor car, can be real!

I suggest that Rosco is an ALIEN..........and is just trying to get some inside info on one of humanities greater creations!

Okay, okay...........I'm going to bed now.

Cheers.........

to specifically answer the question, that is what the torque of the engine is doing for you. not commenting at all ont he health of doing this , but a high torque engine can turn the gears over tlike this

911sc SKI - My car is oak green, and she looks different in all types of light. It is the original colour and she's beautiful and real.

Thanks for the info all, now back to the mother ship... BLIP BLOOP
