Default Price check please, 83 coupe...

Black/black, sport seats. Clean in and out! Some paint work no accidents.
74K original miles, clutch replaced, new hoses, belts, plugs(tuned up).
Drips a little oil. Also has a 930 rear spoiler, not crazy bout how it looks, how do you go about taking it off?
Have not done PPI yet.
Clean carfax.

thanks, leo

12500-20000 depending on how the PPI turns out would be a reasonable range. Mine was listed at 16,500, soft market, got it for 13,500. 94 k miles. bone dry. 9 out of 10 interior, paint, engine, etc. I dumped 6 k into it... new AC system (2200), New SSI's and Dansk Sport (2000), new ignition switch, new tires, valve adjustment, etc. Guy who did PPI said it was the cleanest 3.0 liter he had seen in years... so I wouldnt spend more than 16k-17k unless its close to perfect... just my humble opinion based on my purchase...

That sounds like a nice low miles car. Get your PPI quick! It is your best friend when it comes time to negotiate.

+1 what Brad says. Low miles, good.

Oil drips could be as simple as valve cover gaskets (done when the car is tuned-up ... something you should do when you buy it) or bad (broken head studs). With such low miles, I wonder if the car didn't sit for a long time ... the gaskets/seals drying out and now leaking? The PPI will tell you what you need to know.

Price will vary depending on local market values, too. What are similar cars in your area going for? Check local listings for market values.

Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

Looks to be in good shape. I dont like the "Turbo tea tray" tail either. I proper SC or Carrera tail would look better. I hope he gets what he is asking for it.

I like the ride height, clear corners, and RS door panels. I also prefer the Carrera tail to the Turbo but I think the lower the car (like this one) the better it looks. It's not cheap to switch it out either.
Broken head studs are pretty rare on the later SCs. If you're serious get a PPI and report back to us.

Concur with flatnutsix. As a matter of reference... I bought mine in Boston... so Id expect him to come down alittle bit... prices in NYC should be comparable to Boston... In the end.. its worth what you are willing to pay for it. Looks nice though. Let us know how you progress...
