In my 87 911, the seat belt warning light stays on all the time. Also, if the drivers seatbelt is not plugged in, the buzzer keeps sounding. From the manuals, these are supposed to shut off after about 8 seconds.
Is there a relay that is cooked that I need to replace? I can't find info on where or what it is. Is it the "Black Round Relay" that seems to control everything, including the weather?
Thanks for your help.

Have you checked the charging system, when my Alternator started to go one of the first things that started happening was the seat belt buzzer/light would come on intermittently.
Just an obscure thought

This post has had the opposite effect on me. My stock '89 seat belt light comes on at key turn on,..then eventually gooes out (without having to engage the seatbelts). Now , I'm curious as what the PO did to make it work this way,..as I've seen no missing relays here.
Curious now.
Thanks,
Doyle
