Dude great Job. I don't like the look personally but the fact you took on this repair and got such excellent results is outstanding .. keep up the great work.

I finally got them painted (white and clear coat spray painted myself) and installed.

I did my first DE with the new oil cooler and I'm glad to report that it solved the problem. Instead of seeing 250 after 15 minutes on track (after which I would just pit) I couldn't get it above 220 after 25 minutes. The cooler is very close to the tub and I didn't block the airflow around it so if I do some more tinkering I bet I could get it even cooler.
