Post repair of felt window trim and rubber seals - 1977 911S

Yes, I am going to do it this weekend!
The electric window lowers only if I push down on the rear end, so it is time to take off the door panel and fix it. I am also going to replace the felt trim that runs along the entire window opening in the door and I have the rubber seal for the door as well. I did this once 12 years ago on a prior 911S, and am wondering if there were any tips on doing it right this time!

What is the best method to attach the bottom of the window to the metal bracket it rests on? Silicone?

What is the best method to attach the felt strip and any tips here to doing it correctly and easily?

What is the best method to attach the rubber seal that attaches to the frame for the door?

I did a cursory review of prior posts but did not see these topics addressed.

Thanks for any/all suggestions!

-the window sits in a rubber that's fitted into a metal beacket..suggest new rubber
-the felt does not need glue..some may use it sparingly..important to remove all old glue to prevent binding of window
-glue for door seal..can't remember name of the glue..got it from dealer
-there is an up-date for window regulator..at least remove spring center pin and install new hardened one..if dealer doesn't have it look in Performance/Automotion cat
-a good time to add a big piece of Dynamat to inner door skin.......Ron

thanks for the info. Good idea about the Dynamat, which I have.

we'll see how it goes!
