'08 TN Tubs - Cal Turner BBQ
The '08 edition of the Cal Turner / TN Tubs (356's) BBQ was today at Cal's farm on the west side of Nashville. As those that have been in the past (or have seen photos) will attest it is an event not to be missed. In my 2 1/2 yrs. in Nashville this was the first time I was able to attend and it was great.
Cal gets out many of his collection, the 356 guys get a chance to show off their cars and the rest of us get a chance to park and drool over everything, including what everyone else drove to the event.
I'm uploading about 250 photos to my Google Picasa account, will edit them as soon as I get a chance but I'll be driving over to NC tomorrow so it won't be until Mon. at the earliest. The photos will start showing up in 50 photo batches in about 30 min. but I won't get to group them until later. I'll put the url link in just a few min., as soon as the first batch has been uploaded.
If you want a higher res copy of any photo ask, I may be able to accommodate you. (ask via PM)
Hopefully others will add their photos too.

Wow! I was the 83 Ruby Red cab parked on your left side. My 3 boys said, Dad, it's just like yours, but newer! I was like, gee, thanks guys...
Your car is beautiful. Anyway, I am, glad someone got some great pics. I had my daughters camera and she forgot to charge the battery. My 9 yo got a few shots in. David Bailey also got a few in. A few of us drove up there for our official MTFR #14. Saw a few other MTFR participants there as well.
As you said, this is sure a nice event and one not to be missed if you are anywhere close (which is relative of course). There are more pix over on Pelican...
