Replaced my rear tires. I chose Kumho Ecsta SPTs...
So far they are very quiet and smooth.
But, the car is very darty now. At high speed it wanders at every surface irregularity. I believe that it is from the lower adhesion on the older front tires.
I tried lowering the air pressure on the rear tires (to reduce understeer). No noticeable positive change.
I will end up replacing the front tires very soon.
But, my question for the board is: Is it normal to replace all 4 tires whenever a tire change is needed? Is that what everyone else has experienced?

Lowered ~1", slightly more toe in, new sport Bilsteins all around, turbo tie rods and new ball joints.

Generally you should always run the same make/model of tires on all 4 corners. From what I have heard the SPT is an excellent 'bang for your buck tire' offering both good wet and dry grip and longevity.

Three Wheelin'
I think your dartiness could be attributed to full tread on the rears and stuff from the tire mold that has to wear off. Give them about 300 miles and I think they will settle in.

I replaced mine (all 4) with Sumimoto and have the rear wander on slightly uneven road surface too. This is the very first time I experience this. Usually, the front wander and/or jerk do to many reasons. Now, once in a while my butts wander around like a fish cruising slow  sometimes I feel a little affraid when I pictured my rear wheels are comming off.
Experts, do you think our rear wheels are having too much toe-in or toe-out?
