I know the guy who made 1,000's of sets in the 80's, but he says he is out of that business. Keep looking and then I'll go talk to him on monday. I've already said too much.


EDIT: on second thought I think you will have the best luck looking for a set that has come off a car that is getting returned to stock. Even if you get them from the guy I know, he now spends his time making a living cutting off the work he has done over the last 20 years.
