yep the same, just got his R32 back on the road thankfully
yeah my only hitch is that it currently has the 964 3.6L engine in there. as i said i'm not seriously contemplating it right now, just compiling options for next year haha.

Ahhh ok, the 964 3.6 is good though, plastic or alloy manifold? They can be turboed too and make crazy power but your 915 gearbox would be the weakest link... No R32 style launches!!

Thanks for taking the time to respond Spence!

I will contact the house of Wong and see about a chip...as well as sourcing the rising-rate FPR. I also happen to have a spare Snow methanol spray kit here at the house which will work nicely, although I plan on sticking to a safe(er) .5 bar setup.

I have another engine in the wings that I am rebuilding/building-up slowly, And when its complete I'll have more fun with my 3.2 without fear of being Porsche-less during a rebuild.

Thanks again, and I check daily to see if you've posted more video on YouTube. More! More I tells ya!!

Cheers,
Scott

Spence, after reading and re-reading your thread I am getting hooked on the idea of doing this to my 3.2... some day. my concern would be ensuring it is 'track friendly', as my 911 spends a lot of time at DE events.

any chance you can post the list of items you acquired to complete the project and where you soured?

Spence, your car has got to be the cleanest 3.2 Turbo out there! For those of us who want to follow your footsteps, do you have any tech notes that you'd like to share? Maybe even a shopping list?

Welcome to rennlist. We haven't seen Spencer since his last post in this thread on 10-25-2010, 08:20 PM. I have no idea what happened to him. He come here to the states and spent some time in Florida is all I know.

Spence, your car is so fine....I am new to the 3.2 liter turbo scene...but I sure like the way they run.

Like many others, the absence of a tail is cool. Great Car!!!!!!!

Spence, are you using the stock AFM in this setup? I'm curious about how much extra head-room the stock AFM has for handling the extra air flow.
