Red face Rear trailing arms

I'm looking at a number of 911's and saw an inexpensive 78, rebuilt engine/trans, body generally good. But ...

Looking at the training arm/torsion bar cover, it appears as though the driver side is cracked (1/8" gap through about 3/4 of th way around. The passenger-side is slightly cracked.

Question is how difficult and expensive is the replacement of these, and if I go this route should the torsion bars be replaced at the same time? (205K on the clock).

carl.
