If you run it together "1OF421" it looks like a regular plate! (I saved you $90 there!)

definatly SCWDP (Southern California Would Dominate Porsche) it's a referance to 1/2 of the production ended up in 5 southern california counties.

Are you sure that wasn't 421 in Orange County?

79SC is " 911 SC", 78SC is "911SC2", Silverado PU truck is "911TOTE"

Not very original but it makes me happy.

Very nice plate. I'm wondering if anyone knows how many "Turbo Look" Cabs were produced???

Thanks...

Hmmm, that number (2) doesn't sound correct. One of our Central PA Region members has a 1984 triple black one just like my 84' cab. I offered to trade numerous times, but nooooooooooooooooooooo, he stated. I love the wide hips profile, thus my 02 TT 996 with " Phaster" custom plates which took many 35 cent stamps, bureaucratic applications, each with a different plate request.... and "already taken denial", at the time.

Remember, "The Hershey Swap," by the Central PA PCA region is this coming Sat. (4/26/08).
regards,
Steve

Saw a guy with the plate FTNWO. (FU-- the new world order) I asked him how he got it past the DMV, and he told them it was a machine he invented; Field Transmitting Nano-Wave Oscillator.
The guy is an alternative energy freak and was quite a trip. I loved his plate

Try http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/...urbo-LookCars/.

They bandy some numbers about, although how many made vs. how many imported is an open issue since "Super Sports" (Non-U.S. TLs) were sold elsewhere.
