Randolf, I see you didn't get any replies to your question about C2 interior parts fitting your 1988, so I'll toss out a few bits of advice. First off, no, I don't think a C2 Targa interior will fit. And coupes are different from Targas.
The 1988 US cars (including Targas) had rear 3-point belts. If you remove your rear deck, you will probably find you have threaded attachment points for the shoulder harness. If you do, then you should be able to contact a US dismantler that can help you. Make sure you tell them you have a Targa, and if you have rear speakers (the Targa rear deck is different from the Coupes).
If you don't have the attachment points, then your best bet is probably Professionally Engineered Products. They sell a kit with an inertia reel that mounts under the rear deck. You have to cut a slot just above the rear seats for the belt to come out. You'll get a trim piece so the cut looks good. See photo here: http://www.peparts.com/Detail.bok?no=60
If you go this route, you'll have to drill holes in the rear deck sheet metal to mount the reels. This will be pretty hard to do from the inside, even with a right-angle drill. You will likely need to drill up from inside the engine compartment, and you won't have a lot of room with your engine in place, but I think it's doable.
Hope this helps,
Mark
