Well, it didn't work, but I've figured out how to reduce the size of each frame, put the whole thing into Mpeg format, and we're uploading now.

Glad you found it! The video that's up now is the link listed in the thread "Ta-Daaa!"... There was an early version but it wasn't as clear...
