douglas: Unfortunately, no!
Well, crud, I guess that it's back to the drawing board...
Thanks, guys, at least now I know that it's not my computer that's causing the black screen.

i haven't got a clue.
if you have opportunity to edit - maybe try a test with a 3 second clip or something - see if does the same when you upload a small segment again? maybe its beyond youtubes capacity - the file size.

Well, burning a DVD and trying to upload it didn't work, I think that I'll try to cut the film by a few MBs and try this again...glad that you liked the audio!
red: I used all the available video edit options but couldn't bring the tiny screen forward...

Pete, the web went down at the office as soon as I got to listen to the audio at a co-workers desk. That is definatly your voice. I made it home to again find friends, cookies, chocholate cake, and 11 pounds of porterhouse steak for the BBQ. I guess it's for my 41st birthday everyone forgot on monday and the fact that I leave for Phoenix at midnight....anyway thanks for the sound...

pete - i mean test it.
edit it to a 3 second clip - and upload that a 1MB file or soemthing - is it still really small?
if thats what you've done and it is still really small, then jabsea's probably on the right track, it could be a file format issue.
a 6,5 hour upload sounds a little confusing - even for a feature length high quality production.
