Default GPS Cigarette Lighter Plug Adaptor

I have a Garmin GPS and the US plug is slightly smaller than the lighter in my SC. Since it is loose I will loose power when I hit a bump. Does anyone know of a source for an adaptor to allow the US plug to fit an older European socket.

My trick is to take a plastic film canister, cut the bottom off and cut a section out of the side. You end up with a plastic sleeve that is open along one side. Just orient the metal contact on the plug to sit in that slot and slide them both into the lighter socket. The thickness of the plastic sleeve takes up the difference. Adjust the amount of "wrap" of the sleeve to fit by trimming more away.

Thanks, sounds like a good solution and cheap.
