without even watcing that HAS to be against all odds movie right ? when I saw that movie I thought, I would never be " rich " enough to own either of those cars .... too funny ....

That race sure takes me back. I'm with you Ice, back then, it was all a dream to own these cars. Fully unloaded manual beasts. I am so glad I picked the right one to purchase!

That does take me back.... I was 10 when that movie came out, but I remember seeing that clip on VHS years later. That SC really does it for me. Man, 911s are sweet!

A little weird, but while watching that vid from Against All Odds, I was surfing i-tunes and came across and played Foggy Mountain Breakdown by Earl Scruggs. That has to be the perfect music for that scene even if it is banjo music; somehow it just fits.

Awesome!! I was probably 14 when that movie came out, living in the Caribbean, my parents actually let me see it alone! The movie was very impressionable from that car chase to some of the soft sex scenes!
I'm with you guys...always thought I would grow up to *maybe* afford a new Toyota Corolla and that was it....LOL!

I think they should do a remake and cast Dan (edgy)in his beautiful 997s Cab. Heck he lives in Santa Barbara.
