I know I could have used the search, but there are soooo many in that search I got lazy....
1983 3.0 SC.
Car has always started on the second blip of the key when cold. It will start back up on the first blip of the key when after it has been turned off. But...when you drive it a good distance and shut her down, and she has cooled down some, you have to crank and crank to get her to fire. And when she finally fires....its a sluggish idol for a few seconds.

The ngine thinks it is warm so will not richen it , and it is depending on pressure from the fuel accumulator to get you started. I would check that and I think there is also a check vale on the output of the fuel pump to maintain pressure also.
