Does your father live in Union county? That detached garage in the background looks like one that I saw when I was house-shopping for the move to Charlotte back in 2006.

Yep he sure does! He just switched homes (downsizing) and the house went to an older woman I believe that really doesnt have cars. It was a 2+ seperate garage that was perfect for a wrench. Still lives in Union though. Thanks for passing along the listing.
