Found it literally 4 city blocks from my house.Because of the p.c.a. stickers on it I could trace the car.Previous owners and the shop thats worked on it for most of its life.

Congratulations on your new car. I hope to see it in person soon.
Now that you have a new car you must post pictures and make the obligatory post about what oil to use.

Congrats on the car - the colour is certainly unique, and one of those super-rich, deep colours that you could stare at for hours.
One of the dealers that sells cars via the PCA-UCR site and has a really sweet 928 in that colour - it's pretty nice.
In any case, hope you enjoy it!
Matt - I'm gathering from your Avatar you've decided to keep your Targa on the road through the fluffy stuff? How's it working out?

Hey Bill, seeing as we are practically neighbours, i look forward to seeing the car in person this spring. Congrats!
I see from the pictures that you bought the car from Gentry Lane. I remember when that place opened as a Ferrari dealership. I was 18 years old at the time and had a 19 year old buddy with a black 911 cab with can can red leather interior. We were buddies with John Graham, the Sales Manager at Gentry Lane, and use to hang out there all the time sitting in the brand new Testarossa's and the first F40 in Canada. One of the other sales people there was Michel (and I can't think of his last name right now), but he now owns and runs the Lamborghini dealership on Front street.

I have liked that car for months. They've run it about 8 or 9 times on eBay and they would not budge off the price. I spoke the the people at Gentry Lane and they were not moving on it. It's a beautiful car, enjoy it!
