23mm F and 28mm R T-Bar Combo?
I am in the process of upgrading my suspension on my 83 SC Cab. New Bilsteins HD all the way around and upgraded my rear T-bars to 28mm. Found a pair of front 23 mm - will this combo work for spirited street and a few auto-x's?

It will work, but I think 23MM bars in the front are a bit much for an SC with 28mm bars in the rear. The 23mm bars are typically used with 29 or 30mm rear bars.
I would recommend 22mm front and 28mm rears for good auto-x/track performance and still have a decent street ride.
The new Bilstein's are an excellent choice.

Hi Vance:
IMHO, you would be far happier with 22mm front T-bars, given your usage.
I only use 23mm ones on race cars and in conjunction with 30mm ones or larger.
I also strongly recommend installing a front strut brace and a pair of adjustable swaybars. These latter items will your primary tuning tool for setting the understeer/oversteer balance to your tastes and skills.
