The color is pearl white metallic. Thanks for the comfirmation that it was a good deal. Excellence has the price range as $18,368 to $27,958 so I'm definitely happy with the price I paid. Was a little nervous about the mileage, but the car was well cared for and the PPI checked out. This is a long term keeper for me.

the calipers will be black and have the PORSCHE logotype on them and the rotors will be cross drilled, yes considerably bigger than your mates carrera. I have seen a lof cars with downward pointing bumpers, I dont think it would take to much to fix, I imagine it's the mounts on the bumper shocks.

I thought M491 option included turbo brakes?
I bet your front bumper is sagging because it's not properly mounted. I noticed that my rear bumper looked saggy a couple weeks after I got it back from the paint shop. I took it back to the painter who looked at it, said he didn't see that it was sagged and said there's only one way to mount it and he'd done it right.
Fortunately I'd brought pics of the car before it was painted. So, he loosened it, put some heavy upward pressure on it while his guy tightened it and all is now well. Once I noticed the sag it drove me nuts and I just had to have it fixed.
Sagging then fixed:

I'm plan on bringing it to a local porsche mechanic in the next couple of weeks to give it another once over. I'll ask him to look at the front bumper. Thanks for the info. My understanding is the

Woops hit the post button by accident. My understanding is that the turbo look option came with every performance option of the turbo (brakes, rotors, etc) minus the engine.

Yep, missing the engine and turbo tie rods, but for the exchange you get a 5 speed transmission!!

best of all you get EFI, when you see how much 930 owners are spending getting EFI, a turbo kitted Carrera is a better proposition. Many racers back in the day used a turbo bodied carrera, then turboed it as apposed to buying a turbo.

wow, nice car. If I am correct, fac turbo look has all options as a turbo car minus the turbo and turbo engine. So you should have turbo brake, suspension, etc. The easiest way I can see is looking at the adapter at your wheels. Lucky you have the fuch. Mine is a conversion, I have 2" adapter on the rear and 1" dapater in the front. If you don't have them or thinner adapters, then it's might be the real turbo look. If you have the same size adapters, then yours is same as mine.
