One morning I had to laugh at myself. I was driving to meet a Boxster owning friend to go for a drive. And there I was, driving my orange car with an orange interior, wearing an orange fleece jacket (I didn't actually purchase it to go with the car. really.), and drinking orange juice cruising down the highway.
A jumpsuit would be really funny. I'd look straight out of a VW commercial. I should look around for one... Although around here, orange jumpsuits are what prisoners wear.
Thanks everyone, for the kind comments on the car.
Can't wait to see pics of the 69.

Do you know the story of the four blood orange special paint 930's?
A doctor in Denver bought new a 76, 77, 78, and 79 930 and had each of them painted special order orange at the factory. When he passed away someone bought all four and unfortunately split them up. I saw one for sale locally - the '77 I think - and it had about 10k miles on it. I understand that the other three were low mileage as well.

The rear lid will receive a factory Carrera tail, I am painting it now. The duct in the front valance adds cooling air to the front mounted oil cooler.
