this may be an example of the RS fenders available from that back alley place I was talking about. just think, steve got fenders for $9,000 when he could have gotten this entire car for less.

Great Find!!! That's an ultra RARE Factory design study. I think its one of 3 Porsche did in late '68. You'll find pics of it in Daniel Petersen's book, "Crap Porsche Could Never Sell". Go to page 112 and you'll see it. Its internal name was the Renn-Turd. Very cool and priced right for such a rare piece of Porsche history.
