DFW "Tech Session Saturday 6/16
Well, once again it is time for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Coverage starts this Saturday 6/16 at 6:30am on Speed with a couple of pre-shows, with live coverage beginning at 7:30 am. It will run until 10:00 am at which time it breaks until resuming live again at 4:30 pm, til 6:00 and then again from 7:00 onward unto the end Sunday morning.
I think we're in need of a tech session.....what can we do? Anyone need to do a project or two and would like help and/or moral support? Maybe we can just look at and discuss Porsches while watching Flying Lizard Motorsports represent the US with their two 911 GT3RSR's in the GT2 class??
I've got plenty of rum and Glenfiddich on hand. Chips, dip, beer and whatever can be figured out.
My thought is I can record the morning's segment and then rerun it at 1:00 or so and then pick up live coverage at 4:30.
I'll also have some staples like coke and Mojito fixin's. I posted this on the 928 board also.
