smugglers box is behind the spare wheel.
i dont usually put mine in there. its usually dirty inside there and the toolkit gets covered in dirt.

Speaking of such things ... would someone mind taking a pic of their SC where the base of the jack mounts when storing? Mine keeps popping out so am not sure if the mounting point is busted or I have the wrong Jack. I have a green DOT bilstein Jack. Maybe I am just trying to put it in wrong, which direction does the crank point when fastened down ? thanks .

There should be a bracket where the jack handle pops in.
If you invited me to one of your meets I could show you mine.

There is also a rubber thingy that helps keep the jack in place.

Hi Dan
The rubber thingy is there, in fact it is this that is pushing the jack out , so I am thinking there is a piece busted off.

Would you mind sharing how much you received for this car and how was it advertised for you to be contacted from abroad...

Cheers

I think he means he is from Denmark, and just bought this "T" here in the States and is bringing it back to Europe, which is what is happening to all of the nice older 911's...
Our money is now basically worthless over across the 'Pond"...

So much for the value of the US Dollars!!!!!
