oil viscosity question
I've been running 15W40 in my 88 coupe and I am having increasing difficulty finding it in stores. What does the group recommend? Owner's manual shows 20W50, 10W30, or 10W40 as (what I believe to be) more commonly available viscosities.
TIA,
Franck
Edit: I should say that I run the car in Philly all spring, summer (low-mid 90s F) and fall, and winter dry days down to ~ 20F.

Keep using that 15w-40 in your car as thats a great viscosity for these cars.
20w-50 is fine for track use and in warm/hot weather, but not the best for temps under 35 deg F.
Do your research about oils here on the Forum and you'll find the best solution. Don't hesitate in mail-ordering what you need, as well.
