Default Tool for drilling out exhaust studs on a 911SC?

Someone mentioned that a Member here made and sold a "Tool" for helping to drill out the broken exhaust studs/bolts on a 911SC...

I assume this is some sort of a "Fixture" to guide the drill into the correct spot, with out ruining the Cylinder or requiring the removal of the engine?

While I haven't broken any studs "Yet", I suspect my time will come!

Info is appreciated!

Here's a Pelican link to "A Quiet Boom"'s home page, I think this is what you were referring to.
