Default P Car Repair Service in Seattle Area???

Can anyone recommend a good Porsche repair and/or upgrade service in the Seattle Area? Specifically in the Tacoma area.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know the geography up there, so I don't know if he's close to Tacoma, but John Walker has a stellar reputation and is in Seattle.

Early6,

I take it from your sig that you have an air cooled car. Take it to John Walker. He not only specializes in early cars, but chances are if there is something broken that needs to be replaced he will have a used piece in his armamentarium.

+2 on John Walker...and a great guy.

I have heard good things about Pete Bristow in Tacoma, although I have never been there.

And a third for John Walker. Although I haven't yet had him have to work on my car, I know his reputation and it's amazing. And, a great guy to boot.
When my car does ned fixin', it'll definately go to him. His rates are decent, and he's no slouch when it comes to the hours.
John did the inspection on my car....
The only other place I've had experience with is Gerber Motorsport, just south of Ballard in Seattle, Another fine place!

By the way, is anyone here going out to the XXX breakfast in Issaquah this weekend?

Leif Johnson of Autowerks NW is also a great mechanic for 911s. He is located up in Woodinville.

As Madmmac said.
The XXX drive-in is the last XXX in the country. Freaking awesome food, and a heavily car-themed atmosphere. Actually, according to Wikipedia, there's one more in Indiana...

We start rolling in around 8:30am or so, and generally stay till around noonish and then some will go for a nice, long drive on many occasions.
This Saturday, we're expecting a large turnout, as there are supposed to be lots of cars soming down from Canada.
Oh..and I'll be showing off our new aquisition
