Here's the image I promised. The green car (seen in the Pelican website) was a highly custom car from Porsche with this same hardtop. It also comes with an electric roof! (I know of two made that way).

I was looking for a price list in my collection of Porsche lit. but couldn't find it. Somehow I recall them to be about $5000 in those days. (When I ordered my 06 Cabriolet it cost $3400 last year).

I have to join the negetive guys and say I dont like it but the later factory style one looks great and the repro looks good too, i would go that option for sure.
