I'm going to say he's wrong. Never heard of 44 and 45mm ofsets. I'm willing to bet they are 23.3 and 10.6.

I will jump in with everyone else and say that I also run 7's on the front with 205's and I have no issue what so ever! What size did you get on the rear?

I had the 205's mounted on the 7's yesterday. So I'm going with those. On the rear I have 245's.

Those are definitely 7" +23.3ET & 8" +10.6ET

rear fits easily w/ no problem, front fits but there is often interference especially at the left front, rollling or shaving are probable

Had to roll mine in the front with the 7"/225 combo....LH side would rub under duress at the track.
