Default Center cap problem

anyone ever have an issue like this w/their center caps? all four on the Carrera I just picked up will not 'sit' properly...any ideas suggestions etc, and anyone know the diameter of this center cap if I do need to replace them?

Should add that the caps will fit in the center cap whole, however they (all four) pop out as seen above....

Those don't appear to be the correct caps for those Carrera Cup wheels.

Any idea on where I can get the correct size and which size to look for/type (are they all 60Mil?)

those seem to be caps of Fuchs try looking over at pelican parts and wheel enhancement for correct caps for the cup wheels

The ones you have appear to be off a 928 wheel,--but can't be sure. The Wheel Enhancement folks can be very useful. Also, dare I say, talk to any local independent Porsche ships need you.

From the one picture, they do look like the 928 'manhole' caps. You need the newer ones for the cup wheels. I have a brand new set. email me steven_rosenzweig AT yahoo DOT com if you're interested.

There are many different centre caps and it is not always easy to find the correct ones for your wheels. Had my Porsche Centre running in circles finding what I wanted - three sets later they got it right - should say my '76 is totally original so shouldn't have been a problem.
