Default Need a trainspotter/anorak...

Does any know when they updated the rear reflector strip on the Carrera 3.2? I thought it was 1987 but may be wrong. My car (1984) has the black lettering but I've seen other 84s on the net with the later rear reflector, and then some 1985s with the older strip... so confused. Was it an upgrade/update?

Thanks!

You are correct in that the rear center "Porsche" reflector assembly was changed for the 1987 model year. I believe (and I could be wrong) that it was done to incorporate rear fog lamps for certain ROW models. The US models never had rear fog light (if I remember correctly).

Thought so - thanks for that!

The black-letter one is NLA; they're worth something if they're in good shape.
