Question Help with value assesment?

A friend from work is looking to pick up a 1991 C2 Cab. and asked for my input. Since I own a 951 and am not up to speed on the current 911 market values, I would appreciate any help those on this forum can offer.
Here's what I know about this car right now:
1991 C2 Cab. w/Tiptronic. Pearl White, leather linen interior. 69,334 miles. Options list includes: Central Locking, Power Top, Climate Control, aftermarket Alpine CD.

Carfax is clean and Kelley repots value to be $26k.

I already recommended the Pre-purchase inspection and to request the service history and shop that did the work.

Thanks for info.
Daniel
