I really hate to do this, but my circumstances have changed, so I have to be sensible about it ...

Putting a 3.6-litre engine into an early 911 is not uncommon in the States, but it's a pretty rare car here in the UK. Aside from the astonishing performance you get with a 993 varioram engine in a lightweight SC shell, the engine is actually cheaper to service and maintain than earlier engines. Although it has to be said that the very best reason to own one is the fantastic sound!

The car is located in Wickford, Essex. It's been garaged the whole time it's been in my ownership. Mobile 1 Motorsport oil changed every 3,000 miles. Never revved until the oil is up to temp. Basically looked after the way it should be.

The only things I can think of that still need doing are the powder-coating of the badges needs redoing (paint flaking off) and the rear roof seal is tatty (but works). Otherwise she's in first-rate condition.

Any inspection positively welcomed.

Email me if you have any questions or want to arrange to see the car.

Ben
