Well seeing as now my 74 carrera will be housing a 3.0turbo(instead of the 3.3liter turbo motor i bought that doesnt exist), i figured i would try to learn a little.. I'd ask stephen at imagine auto but i call him too much as it is haha. any major differences in the 2 motors? any reliability issues? I will be running a 3.0liter with monster intercooler, b&b header and dual 4" outlet exhaust, and K27 turbo.. should be a hot setup for a 74 carrera weighing 2400lbs or so!! i did drive a 77turbo a while back and the thing was a REAL turd, but i think the turbo's were shot.. how powerful were the 3.0s? any idea the HP that it will make with that combo?? i dont even know what the factory rating is on those. Ok i think i'm done rambling, thanks for any info or advice!

The 3.0 turbo had no intercooler, thermal reactors and 248 HP. I don't think it had the K27 either. With the K27 and intercooler yours should run real good.
