Uphosltery to Anti-Sway Bar Mount
Got the car back with new upholstery two weeks ago and it looks great. Check out the before & after shots here:
http://www.seanjohnson.com/911.htm
Leather all around except the dash where I went with vinyl. I think it will last a little longer (and does not look any different than leather).
Thomas Top in Los Angeles (Hollywood) is to be credited.
Got my Lloyds floor mats today (not in the shots) and am happy with the quality. I am bummed they no longer make them in my car's color (cork) so I went with black...
Now waiting for my wheels to be ready (Al Reed). Have new headlights (45) sitting in a box waiting for the relays (Sucro).
Now... My rear anti-sway bar mount on the driver's side has broken. I figure while it is in for a new mount (begin costly question) is there any other suspension suggestions the good people of this list might suggest?
It is a 1984 Targa and it has the usual squeeks and vibrations, but seems to handle pretty well... Daily driver. No track time.

That is awesome! I have the same colors inside my 80 911sc and have been looking to have the inside done again myself, especially the dash as its original. Previous owner had front seats done, look good but vinyl, I would rate them 7's, your seats are closer to 10's.
Nice!

Cost was ~$4,000. Worth every penny. Would have cost me another ~$1,500 if I had to buy a new dashboard. Found a good used one from LA Porsche Dismantler (http://www.911pcar.com/).
Wheels back from Al Reed. Awesome.
Did some quick touch-up painting (http;//www.paintscratch.com) this weekend.
Feels like a new car. Valet parking guys giving me lots of compliments...
