Default Please help. Replacing slave cylinder unsuccessed.

I spent all day to replace my clutch slave cylinder, bled brake and clutch. Bleeding brake calibers were fine. Brake felt good now but clutch doesn't work. Can someone please tell me if there is anything that I missed? Or if the slave is defective? Can someone help please?

In the past, I did many brake and clutch bleeding before but not P car. This time I asked questions, did the search, and read instructions. The method should be fairly simple accept the slave location is tough to get to. At the end of the day I got fluid, dirt everywhere from head to toe.

When I took the slave off, I did stick my finger in the hole to find out what is in there, as someone here suggested. I felt the piston spot. I is like a level with the hole in the middle. I tried to push it but I can't. It is very strong. I only can move it maybe a mm or so. So I feel pretty sure that those ears in there are fine. And yes, my slave was leaking bad. I asked someone to step of the pedal slightly and I got fluid spray all over my face.

After bleeding them all (brake calibers and clutch), I went up and try to put the car in gear. The gear went in fine but the clutch felt funny. For several months, I have the problem of clutch pedal didn't fully return but if I pull it up with my toe, then it will come up fine. Now, it is much harder, as rock, but only on the bottom. From the top to the middle, it felt much less pressure. And I can not put the car is any gear when the engine is running. Turn off the engine, gearing feel fine.

I went down and bled it again. Then I went up and tried it. Still the same. Went down bleed again, and again, again, again, and again. It still the same. At the end of the day, I am so unhappy.

Is there anyone in Scal can come by to give me a diagnostic? I'll get beer.. and anything I can.
Thanks a bunch.
