Post Torque settings for lug nuts and tire pressure???

I have an 85 911 coupe. Are there tourque settings for the lug nuts? I just bought 17 inch wheels/tires, up from the standard factory size. Do i have to adjust the tire pressure diff? Please excuse this stupid question.

Todd Serota on the email list who is the owner/operator of Traquest DE events with lot's of track time and a few 911's under his belt preachs 32frt-34rr or 33-35. About 2 psi difference front to rear with the fronts starting somewhere around 32-34.
