Mechanic near Cupertino?
I just moved my 1974 Carrera to Cupertino so I have something to drive in the winter when I visit from Northern Ohio. But the electrical warning light is on and I need to find a good independent Porsche shop that can deal with the electrical problem. I have a list of local shops in the area but what shops have people had the best experience with?

I used Don Wise at Don's Autowerks in Campbell for a PPI last year ans was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I would go back there without a second thought.

Give Tony (owner) a call at Heyer Performance in Mountain View. Feel free to mention me (Alex with the 87 Diamond Blue 951 & 00 Artic Silver 986S).
Heyer Performance
I have been using Tony's shop for years. Last time Tony helped me trace a voltage leak and I was impressed.
Hope it helps,
- Alex.

Try Dave Modderman in Mountain View. My family has been going to his shop since the early 80s.
