Default Any ideas on getting the red light off?

Rebuilt alternator, swapped out regulator, did not swap out the plug in part that attaches by screw to the left rear of engine compartment through the regulator with one end in the reg and one in the wires from the alternator.

Battery is new. Fuses all fine. Ground is fine. Why the light? Any ideas are more then welcome.
