Does anyone know where?
Saw these rear bumper extensions on a guys car and I emailed the place he bought them from and they said the guy retired and no longer carry them.
Does anyone know where I can find them or get them made?

Good luck! Imagine Auto used to sell these but they don't any longer. I guess the guy that used to make them no longer does it (retired or something). I suspect that's who you contacted. I've been trying to find them as well and haven't come up with anyone. Let me know if you find them.
