Default Good Vibrations!!!!

Well not so good actually!!!

I am getting bad vibrations from the front of the car it doesn't happen when first pulling off (at any speed) and normally starts after about 10 minutes of driving - it feels like the front wheels are really out of balance - it'll then clear itself after a few miles and won't happen again for the rest of the trip!!!

I have been suspecting a dodgy brake pipe fopr a few weeks as the car is pulling to one side on occassions.

Could the brake pipe be causing the vibrations by holding one caliper on???

All your thoughts please!!!!

Unlikely - I would check wheel bearings, tyre pressures (some cars are sensitive to tyre pressures with some tyres; as the tyres warm up the pressure increases) and wheel balance (less likely).

Flat spotting?
I find my SO3's take about 10 miles to round out.

Thanks Guys,

I like the flat spotting idea - however, on Saturday I drove the car for about 15/20 miles 80-90 mph (after warm-up!!! ), stopped for a few hours then drove home, same speeds and the vibes started about 6/7 miles in for about 2 miles then cleared - used the car everyday since with no vibes.

Its done this on a few occassions and the car is sometimes standing for a week - 10 days between runs.
